This was my second annual eye exam at Active Eyecare of Surprise. Last year was with a different optometrist who has since retired. This year was with Dr. Inga Fors and I was very impressed with her friendly approach and professional expertise. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I went to Active Eye Care for an eye exam. I saw Dr Hoang. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. She immediately diagnosed a condition no one else had addressed. She referred me to a specialist who I saw yesterday. He was surprised I was not more symptomatic and scheduled me for a procedure that will alleviate the condition. I certainly will return to Dr Hoang in the future.
Being a business professional it is important for me to be able to see clearly after a long day of screen time, Dr. Fors listened to my needs and helped me pick the best contacts and glasses for my needs. I had no idea I could see this well after years of uncomfortable lenses. The staff from the front desk booking and until check out were so friendly. I will be back!
