Dr. Inga Fors is an experienced optometrist specializing in Neuro-Optometric Rehab, Vision Therapy, and Pediatric eye care, with a focus on treating patients with neurological issues and brain injuries. She practices in Surprise, Arizona, and is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care services, including primary care, dry eye management, ocular disease treatment, and contact lens fittings. Dr. Fors is committed to delivering quality eye care, speaks Spanish, and enjoys outdoor activities in her spare time.

Dr. Jolynn Hoang is a highly educated optometrist who earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry after completing her Bachelor's degree at the University of Notre Dame. She has experience in private practice eye care and recently joined Active Eyecare of Surprise in Phoenix, specializing in primary care, contact lenses, pediatrics, and ocular disease management for patients as young as one year old. Dr. Hoang is bilingual in English and Spanish, and outside of work, she enjoys family time, baking, traveling, and following Notre Dame football.
